We screen our applicants for technical expertise as well as work ethic, dependability and professionalism. Our successful candidates have solid technical ability in their field of expertise. They have a proven track record of exceeding managers’ expectations and have an uninterrupted work history in their discipline.

Our process:
Our process is based on locating individuals who may be looking for permanent positions or contract opportunities. Our goal is to identify people who have the required technical skill sets as well as the soft skills that match our client's business culture. Our screening process consists of the following:

  • Identify candidates based on client requirements and discuss specific experience as it relates to those requirements.
  • Document candidate work history and motivation for making employment changes.
  • Complete extensive professional references to ensure candidates are qualified to submit to our clients.
  • Provide technical screens or provide industry-related tests to ensure candidate's technical skills are not misrepresented in their application.
  • Meet and interview candidates face to face to ensure they understand what our client's needs and what the qualifications are to be successful if hired.
  • Criminal background checks, drug screens and education verification are additional screening tools implemented if requested by our clients.
